What would I be buying?
You would be buying your holiday home outright, and your holiday home licence allows your home to remain on our site until it reaches 15 years of age. Example: a 2005 pre-owned home would have a licence for 10 years whereas a new home will receive the full 15yr licence.
Costs?
Owning a holiday home have similar costs to your own home or car and running costs have to be taken into consideration.

- Gas (metered)
- Rates, in the region of £220
- Insurance £150
- Grounds Maintenance (is included in your site fee)
- Annual Site fees (£2,100 for up to a 40ft x12ft holiday home) (larger homes would be more)
Subletting
Subletting is a way to earn extra income to help offset the running costs of holiday home ownership. All bookings are liable to a commission of 20% + VAT plus a cleaning charge if required.
Each booking would have to comply with our terms and conditions.
Payment Options
There are two ways in which you can pay for your holiday home.
Payment in Full, either by chq, bankers draft or debit card. Credit card would incur a 2% fee.
Third Party Finance
Through a bank, finance company etc.
When can I use my caravan?
The holiday park opens a week before Easter and closes at the end of October. If you wish to sublet, subletting ends at the end of September.
What about my holiday home’s maintenance?
You are responsible for the maintenance on your holiday home, however should you require repairs to your caravan, we have the knowledge and the facilities to carry out the work in-house or we can arrange for outside contractors.
What if I wish to sell my Caravan?
The sale of your holiday home must be documented by us, this includes selling to families and friends. You must notify us in writing, we can then recommend a sale price. The seller pays a 15% commission charge plus VAT.
