Holywell Bay Beach
Nr Newquay, Cornwall
Holywell Bay is a small village on the north coast of Cornwall and is located 1 and a half miles from our holiday park.
Holywell Bay’s beach is a large, sandy beach with rolling dunes, rock pools and a slow running stream that is a magnet for children in the summer. The Cornish rolling dunes that run along the back side of the beach hold many different ecosystems, and children can spend hours looking for the dunes’ inhabitants. Additionally, there is one particular stream that runs through the sandy beach to the ocean that is for those who can’t swim and for small children.
Holywell Bay beach can be reached by walking across our Cubert Common or there is a car park provided by The National Trust.
The St Piran’s Inn is located on the sandy track leading to this beach and is a traditional friendly pub offering freshly prepared food, and fine ales.
Holywell Bay, Nr Newquay has been voted the 4th best view in Cornwall by the National Trust.
