Perranporth Beach

Perranporth, Cornwall

Perranporth, is a popular destination in Cornwall, and when the tide is low the beach here stretches for over 2 miles. There is a natural open air pool which is filled with sea water at high tide and is then warmed by the sun during the day. On a busy day you can walk north towards Penhale to find a quieter spot. Perranporth is also the beach for surfing.

There is The Watering Hole Pub which is situated on the beach and serves food and drink all day. Car parking is also provided on the beachside.

The local town has all the shops you need for a beachy day out, there are lots of places to eat, traditional Cornish Ice Cream parlours, and your good old bucket & spade shops too.
