So much to see and do close to our Crantock holiday park
Whether you want to explore the great outdoors or sample some of Cornwall’s finest family attractions, our Crantock holiday park is perfectly placed for you to see (and do) it all…
At Treworgans, you are just a stone’s throw from some of the best beaches in Cornwall, with Crantock, Polly Joke and Holywell Bay only a short distance away. So, whether you’re a keen surfer, want to build the world’s biggest sand castle or just fancy a quiet stroll along the shore, these special beaches are just 1.5 miles from our holiday park near Newquay.
Head a couple of miles up the North Cornwall coast and you’ll reach the busy and vibrant resort of Newquay. Hailed as one of the UK’s top surfing locations, Newquay boasts seven fantastic beaches, including the world-famous Fistral Beach! The resort is also packed with amenities such as supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs – there’s everything you’d need here during your stay with us. And, although the resort is handily just five minutes’ drive from our caravan park, we are far enough away as to avoid all the hustle and bustle.
Even closer to home are the pretty villages of Crantock and Cubert, which are equally great for exploring! Cubert Common is perfect for walkers, with a lovely 30-minute walk available across this rugged landscape. There is even a bus service that will stop at the top of the lane should you prefer to use public transport.
Our Crantock holiday park is also close to some of the county’s top attractions, should you fancy a day out or should the weather turn wet. From our caravan park you’re only a short drive from the likes of the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium and Camel Creek Adventure Park. There’s also the spectacular St Michael’s Mount, Land’s End, Minack Theatre and many historic houses and gardens, such as Trelissick and Trebah, to name but a few. These are all perfect for family days out, especially on rainy days. Check out our dedicated page for more holiday ideas.
